Black Widow vertelt het verhaal van Catherine. Zij trouwt met eenzame miljonairs en vermoordt ze zodat zij de erfenis kan opstrijken. Na elk moord verandert ze haar uiterlijk. Een uiterlijk dat het beste past bij haar volgende prooi. Er komt een kink in de kabel als iemand bij toeval een verband tussen de mysterieuze sterfgevallen ontdekt. Voor Alexandra begint een race tegen de klok. Zij moet bewijzen zien te vinden voor haar theorie, voordat de Black Widow daar een stokje voor kan steken.
