Jason (Jesse Johnson) zit in de problemen en moet een race winnen om zijn schulden af te lossen. Bij overlijden tijdens de race worden zijn schulden overgedragen aan zijn broer Carl (Nathan Phillips). Carl voegt zich in de racewereld en zet alles op alles om deze af te kunnen lossen.
