De Tall Man, die imposante dreiging uit Morningside Mortuarium, is terug en spookt opnieuw door de gedachten van de inmiddels volwassen Mike en zijn vriend, voormalig ijsverkoper Reggie. De twee zetten hun jacht op de mysterieuze figuur voort en komen op zijn pad van vernietiging diverse gevaarlijke situaties, vrienden en vijanden tegen.
