Cliff Starkey (Paul Kaye) is de grootste uitzuigende rotjongen die je tegen kunt komen. Elke dag nieuwe streken en elke dag weer in de problemen. Zijn rustige woonplaats heeft niets dat hem kon inspireren, behalve dan de bowling vereniging.
