Metrobestuurder Paul Callow rijdt per ongeluk over iemand heen. Een paar dagen later gebeurt dit voor de tweede keer. Zijn collega's vertellen hem over een regeling waarin zou staan dat als je drie mensen binnen een maand aanrijdt, je je baan verliest, maar tien jaar salaris in één keer krijgt betaald. Paul gaat op zoek naar iemand die dood wil gaan onder zijn metro. Hij vindt Tommy, die bereid is om dit te doen. Maar de twijfels beginnen toe te slaan, als de twee elkaar beter leren kennen.
