Philipp is een Australische politieman die zich bezighoudt met internetcriminaliteit en -porno. Hij raakt ervan overtuigd dat een website voor 'feeders' - liefhebbers van extreem dikke vrouwen die deze vrouwen proberen nog dikker te 'voeren' - een dekmantel is voor sinistere praktijken. Philipp weet de man achter deze site op te sporen en belandt in de VS. Hier gaat hij de strijd aan met deze Michael, die een aantal vrouwen gevangen blijkt te houden die zich dood moeten eten.
