Een groep militaire officieren is gefrustreerd door de corruptie en dictatuur van de huidige regering. Ze besluiten dat ze de regering omver moeten werpen om het land te redden. De leider van deze coup heeft echter al snel het vermoeden dat de grootste vijand, de gevreesde baas van de geheime politie, een spion in hun midden heeft geplaatst.
