Sasha heeft onlangs een groot verlies geleden. Doordat ze verslaafd is aan adrenaline, zoekt ze troost in de ruige wildernis van Australië door te gaan rotsklimmen en kanoën. Haar zoektocht naar genezing verandert echter in een gevaarlijk kat-en-muisspel wanneer ze wordt opgejaagd door een meedogenloze seriemoordenaar.
