Zorg is manusje-van-alles die het onderhoud verzorgt aan een aantal bungalows in Frankrijk. In zijn vrije tijd schrijft hij. Op een dag ontmoet hij Betty, een jonge, knappe, wilde en onvoorspelbare vrouw. Nadat Zorg ontslagen is, spoort Betty hem aan op een van zijn manuscripten naar een uitgeverij op te sturen.
