Victor is een meedogenloze Oost-Europese huurmoordenaar die opgegroeid is in de sloppenwijken van Roemenië. Victor kent de waarde van het leven als geen ander wat hem de perfecte moordenaar maakt. Wanneer hij verraden wordt door de mensen die hem gemaakt hebben tot wat hij is moet hij zijn eigen dood in scene zetten en vluchten naar Londen. Hier treed hij toe tot een nieuwe gangster familie waar hij opnieuw op de proef wordt gesteld.
