Een farmaceutisch bedrijf stuurt een groepje wetenschappers naar de jungle van Borneo om te zoeken naar een zeldzame zwarte orchidee. Deze plant bevat volgens de legende de sleutel tot de eeuwige jeugd. Wat de onderzoekers echter niet weten is dat de orchideeën al gebruikt worden door tientallen hongerige anaconda's, die vanwege de krachtige plant zijn uitgegroeid tot onverwoestbare moord- en vreetmachines.
Nee, helaas is Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
