Een spookachtige vrouw genaamd Ida reist van Duitsland naar Jordanië, naar een griezelig en verlaten havenstadje aan de Rode Zee waar haar partner, Ismail, onlangs verdween. Dwalend door desolate bars, hotels en kantoren probeert Ida nog een laatste keer de aanwezigheid van Ismail te voelen en afscheid te nemen.
