Jeanine, een gerenommeerd regisseuse, moest in Toronto de opera 'Salome' nieuw leven inblazen, die tien jaar eerder was gecreëerd door haar overleden mentor, voor wie ze toen assistent was. Het bedrijf wilde een identieke productie, maar Jeanine had andere plannen in gedachten. Tegelijkertijd lijkt haar man, die thuis bleef bij hun dochter, een affaire te zijn begonnen met de verpleegster die verantwoordelijk was voor het waken over zijn moeder, die lijdt aan de ziekte van Alzheimer. Tussen machtsspelletjes achter de schermen en uitdagingen in haar privéleven door, wordt Jeanine opgeroepen om terug te denken aan de omstandigheden die hebben geleid tot de creatie van Salome's Seven Veil Dance, een inspiratie die zijn oorsprong vindt in een lang begraven geheim.
Nee, helaas is Seven Veils nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
