Prani, een docent van middelbare leeftijd, staat bekend om haar morele kompas en unieke methodes om leerlingen te disciplineren. Haar leven neemt een onverwachte wending wanneer ze haar geduld verliest nadat iemand voordringt in de rij bij het bekende putu eetkraampje. Haar woede uitbarsting wordt gefilmd en online geplaatst. Door een totaal verkeerde interpretatie van de video ontstaat een golf van kritiek en gaan de internettrollen erop los. Hierdoor komt haar doel om onderdirecteur van de middelbare school te worden op het spel te staan. Prani probeert samen met haar familie op wanhopige wijze haar reputatie te herstellen. Wat volgt zijn frustrerende pogingen om haar onschuld te bewijzen.
