Drie vrienden, Lewis, Sheriff en Tony, brengen een vakantie door in Maleisië en genieten van de vrouwen en drugs die ze ter beschikking hebben. Aan het einde van hun vakantie besluiten Tony en Sheriff terug te gaan. De volgende dag wordt Lewis gearresteerd voor hasjbezit en krijgt de doodstraf. Na twee jaar gaat zijn zus op zoek naar Sheriff en Tony om hen mee te nemen en te bekennen zodat hij niet de doodstraf krijgt.
