Chris Moore is geschokt als hij hoort dat hij is geadopteerd en eigenlijk de zoon is van The Phantom, een misdaadbestrijder . Hij sluit zich aan bij het Phantom-team in de jungle van Bengalla om te trainen in vechtsporten , en komt naar voren als de volgende Phantom.
