Francis en Michael zijn de zonen van Caribische immigranten die opgroeien tot jonge mannen. Tijdens de broeierige zomer van 1991 ontvouwt zich een mysterie en escalerende spanningen zetten een reeks gebeurtenissen in gang die het leven van de broers voorgoed veranderen. “Brother” is een actueel verhaal over de diepe band tussen broers en zussen, de veerkracht van een gemeenschap en de onbedwingbare kracht van muziek.
