Een onschuldige vrouw wordt beschuldigd van roof en wordt naar een zware hervorminrichting gestuurd. Daar wordt de vrouw gekweld door een gewetenloze directrice, die haar als een gevangene behandelt. De vrouw probeert te ontsnappen om haar onschuld te bewijzen.
