Het is 2127. Pinhead, de wrede cenobite, bevindt zich aan boord van een ruimtestation dat wordt gecontroleerd door dr. Merchant. De missie van Merchant is om de poorten tot de hel voor eens en altijd te sluiten omdat z'n voorvader uit de achttiende eeuw verantwoordelijk was voor het maken van de puzzeldoos waarmee diezelfde poorten tot de hel voor het eerst werden geopend.
Nee, helaas is Hellraiser: Bloodline nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
