In dit concert focust hij op de ster en belangrijkste verdediger van bachata, de Dominicaanse zanger en songwriter Romeo Santos, en zijn concert op 21 september 2019 in het MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, dat het bezoekersrecord brak. Romeo profiteerde van dit evenement om voor het eerst live alle legendarische bachateros samen te brengen met wie hij samenwerkte op zijn veelgeprezen album Utopia (2019), tot grote vreugde van het publiek dat zijn favoriete hits zong.
Nee, helaas is Romeo Santos: Utopia Live from MetLife Stadium nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
