Als kleine jongen ziet Luther the Geek, of "de freak", hoe een groep mensen een andere freak dwingt om in een show op te treden, door een kip met zijn tanden te onthoofden. In het tumult bijt Luther op zijn lip en proeft het bloed, iets wat hij best wel lekker vindt. Dertig jaar later bespreekt een gevangenisdirectie of ze Luther vrij zullen laten, want Luther is in de tussentijd aan het moorden geslagen. Door omstandigheden komt Luther inderdaad vrij, maar nu met een stel speciale metalen tanden. Luther keert natuurlijk weer terug naar zijn favoriete bezigheid, het afbijten van hoofden.
Nee, helaas is Luther the Geek nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
