Tia Larkin heeft een succesvolle carrière als advocate uitgebouwd, maar heeft stiekem altijd gedroomd van een leven op zee. Wanneer haar oom een oud jacht ombouwt tot een boot waarop tijdens de zomer gastronomische cruises worden georganiseerd, stelt hij voor aan Tia om de kapitein van het schip te worden.
