Hollywood, 1942. De Amerikaanse regering zet de in Hongarije geboren filmregisseur Michael Curtiz, die op het punt staat de opnamen van „Casablanca” te voltooien, onder druk om de propagandaboodschap van de film te benadrukken en zo de publieke opinie te winnen voor de interventie van het land in de Europese oorlog.
Nee, helaas is Curtiz nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
