Chilo en Omar lijken de enige twee mannen op aarde te zijn. Ze leven op een eenzaam strand en hun constante activiteit is vissen om te overleven. Hun vriendschap, omgeven door sensualiteit, wordt een soort liefdesverhaal. Via hun gesprekken en hun relatie onderzoekt en portretteert de film de menselijke conditie.
