Hij wordt door zijn tv-zender naar Amerika gestuurd om daar verslag te doen van het land, de mensen en de gewoontes. Maar Borat, met zijn documentairecrew in zijn kielzog, raakt vooral geïnteresseerd in de plaatselijke schoonheden en wil per se Pamela Anderson vinden om met haar te trouwen.
