Het verhaal speelt zich af in een post-apocalyptische wereld, waar zombies terreur zaaien. Een voormalige student medicijnen wordt lastig gevallen door een duister figuur uit haar verleden. Het probleem is dat dit wezen half mens, half zombie, erop gebrand is om de hele wereld te vernietigen.
Nee, helaas is Day of the Dead: Bloodline nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
