Vijf jaar geleden werd een middelbare school opgeschrikt door een reeks bloederige moorden. De dader werd nooit gevonden. Nu wordt er een film gemaakt over de zaak, in precies hetzelfde schoolgebouw waar de moorden plaatsvonden. Het duurt niet lang of acteurs en crewleden verdwijnen zonder een spoor. Is de moordenaar terug? Return to Horror High is een horrorkomedie à la Scary Movie en Scream, met George Clooney in één van zijn eerste filmrollen!
