Nadat hij is gearresteerd, begint een man uit Texas de brute moord op meer dan 200 vrouwen te bekennen. Hij vertelt over zijn willekeurige selectie van slachtoffers en zijn reisgenoten, zijn vriend en de zus van zijn vriend.
