Met nooit eerder vertoond materiaal en nieuwe interviews, vertelt de film over de hoogte- en dieptepunten van Blur, van Colchester en Goldsmiths, tot hun terugkeer op Glastonbury en in Hyde Park, Londen. Het is een portret van blijvende vriendschap en vastberadenheid.
