De film gaat over een dramatische trip door een vreemd en masochistisch wonderland. Een land waarin de meesteres Wanda een galerie voor SM-erotiek opent. Zij is leidster van een groep klerken die hun perversie toont in een show. Journalist Maersch ziet het allemaal afkeurend aan, maar ontkomt niet aan de nodige praktijkervaring. De regels zijn strak, het spel is wreed, maar niemand wordt tegen zijn wil gebruikt.
