De engelse schrijver Richard Somers (Colin Friels) zoekt na de Eerste Wereldoorlog zijn toevlucht in Australië en komt daar in aanraking met een proto-fascistische organisatie onder leiding van een figuur met de schuilnaam Kangaroo. De organisatie heeft niet die de zweverige ideëen, maar het prestige nodig van de beroemde schrijver.
Nee, helaas is Kangaroo nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
