Pablo Picasso stond ook bekend als een man met een woelig liefdesleven. Françoise Gilot is zijn jongste 'slachtoffer'. Ze komt in aanraking met zijn vroegere minaressen, die allen nog steeds geobsedeerd zijn door Picasso. Ze heeft alle moeite van de wereld om haar eigenwaarde niet te verliezen aan deze vrouwenverslindende schilder.
