Jaren geleden bracht Jimmy een groep feestende jongeren om bij "Blood Fart Lake". Ben en zijn maat Leo konden Jimmy net niet op tijd stoppen. Wat echter niemand weet is dat Jimmy terug is. Hij heeft het nu gemunt op enkele geestenjagers, die op zoek zijn naar de waarheid achter Jimmy's moorden. Het is nu aan Ben en Leo om Jimmy te stoppen voordat het te laat is.
