Blade is half mens/half vampier, doordat zijn moeder tijdens de zwangerschap gebeten werd. Blade is opgegroeid tot een vampierjager, uit op wraak voor z'n moeder. De vampiers, die geïnfiltreerd zijn in bijna elke organisatie, hebben het bloed van Blade nodig voor een speciaal ritueel waar mee ze de macht over de aarde willen krijgen.
Nee, helaas is Blade nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
