Ian, een solitaire zwerver, arriveert in een klein Amerikaans dorpje, en wordt onder de hoede genomen door de plaatselijke predikant. Wat niemand echter weet, is dat de jongeman op de vlucht is, omdat hij eigenlijk een weerwolf is. Korte tijd later komt er een onguur freakcircus aan in het dorp. De boosaardige eigenaar ervan komt achter Ian's geheim en chanteert hem hiermee. Zodoende wordt Ian gedwongen mee te doen met de freakshow. Echter de eigenaar heeft zelf ook een duister geheim.
Nee, helaas is Howling VI: The Freaks nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
