Diep in het ijs van de Zuidpool ontdekt een team van geologen een oud nazi laboratorium wat nog steeds intact is en waar duistere experimenten hebben plaatsgevonden. In een poging de wereld te veroveren creëerde de nazi's gemuteerde haaien die in staat waren om te vliegen en bereden werden door genetisch gemanipuleerde zombies. Een militaire taskforce genaamd 'Dead Flesh Four', bestaande uit gereanimeerde Amerikaanse soldaten die gevallen zijn in Vietnam, wordt samengesteld om de wereld van de ondergang te redden.
