Wanneer Charlie Archer, een gepensioneerde schurk uit East End, een jong meisje probeert te helpen dat wordt aangevallen, wordt hij vermoord door een straatbende. Hierop besluit zijn broer Ritchie Archer vanuit Spanje terug te keren naar Londen om het voorval te onderzoeken. Als het politieonderzoek op niets uit loopt besluit Richie het recht in eigen hand te nemen.
