De lichamen van het monster van Frankenstein en Dracula arriveren uit Europa om te worden gebruikt in een spookhuis. De managers, Wilbur Grey en Chick Young, worden opgeschrikt als Dracula ontwaakt en ontsnapt met het monster, dat hij nieuw leven in wil blazen.
