Tienerkomedie over een rafting wedstrijd tussen vier eeuwige studenten tegen een team van rijkeluisstudenten. Tegelijkertijd probeert een groepje geroyeerde militaire rafters de race te dwarsbomen. Naast de race spelen vooral de hormonen nogal hoog op want de verschillende heren en dames hebben vooral oog voor elkaar.
