Francesco en Martha hebben in Rome een eigen bedrijf. Wanneer Francesco een huis van zijn tante in Istanbul erft, reist hij naar Turkije af om het te verkopen. Het huis blijkt een traditioneel Turks badhuis (Hamam) te zijn. Eenmaal in Turkije raakt Francesco gefascineerd door het excentrieke verleden van zijn tante, door Istanbul en door een Turkse jongen.
Nee, helaas is Hamam nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
