Verfilming van het toneelstuk van William Shakespeare. De Moor Othello (Willard White) wordt gehaat door de aan hem ondergeschikte soldaat Iago (Ian Mckellen). Iago besluit om Othello ten gronde te richten door een wig te drijven tussen Othello en zijn vrouw Desdemona (Imogen Stubbs).
Nee, helaas is Othello nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
