De film gaat over drie studentes Stream (Root), Jenny (Hoffman) en Nell (Vessey). Ze komen er al snel achter dat Stream nog nooit een orgasme heeft gehad. En haar vriendinnen gaan daar voor zorgen. Alle drie gaan verschillende relaties aan.
