Een jonge vrouw gaat naar een kleine stad in Californië om haar vader te zien, met wie ze al lange tijd geen contact meer heeft. Als ze bij zijn huis aankomt ziet het er verlaten uit. Ze ontmoet een groep hippies met wie ze de vreemde dingen die in de stad gebeuren onderzoekt. Het blijkt namelijk dat een oude voorspelling, over de terugkeer van de Messias van het kwaad, uitkomt.
Nee, helaas is Messiah of Evil nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
