Peyton en Barney zijn vrolijke middelbare scholieren die werken aan een wetenschappelijk project met witte muizen. Wanneer een van de muizen voedsel naar zich toe begint te bewegen zonder het aan te raken, ontdekt Barney dat hij per ongeluk een formule voor telekinetische krachten heeft ontdekt.
