Een jonge, verleidelijke vrouw genaamd Reina, die in Medellin, Colombia woont, wordt gegrepen door het vinden van geluk in New York City. Een jongeman, Marlon, valt halsoverkop op deze rebelse tiener. Marlon wordt zo verliefd op haar, dat hij geen andere keus meer heeft om aan haar eisen te voldoen.
