Plot

Jerry Seinfeld, stand-up comedian. Na jarenlang de hoofdrol gespeeld te hebben in één van de meest succesvolle komedieseries aller tijden besluit hij om weer het theater in te gaan met zijn stand-up act. Hiervoor zal hij echter allemaal nieuw materiaal moeten schrijven. En het schrijven blijkt hem niet zo gemakkelijk meer af te gaan. De camera's volgen Jerry Seinfeld een jaar langop de voet, terwijl hij probeert om zijn nieuweprogramma van de grond te krijgen.
