Dodge is een hacker die een gevangenisstraf uitzit. Wanneer hij tijdens buitenwerkzaamheden aan Piper wordt vastgeketend besluiten ze te ontsnappen. Een avontuurlijk plot volgt, waarin ze te maken krijgen met een diskette die zoek is, een aantrekkelijke vrouw die ze helpt, en met de Cubaanse maffia.
