One Direction is een boyband uit het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Ze eindigden in 2010 als derde in het Britse talentenjachtprogramma X-Factor. Hun coach was Simon Cowell. Hun eerste single werd uitgeroepen tot 'Fastest selling single of 2011', De rest is geschiedenis: records van The Beatles en Coldplay werden verbroken. Regisseur Morgan Spurlock volgt de band op de voet tijdens een tournee en biedt naast interviews een kijkje achter de schermen van deze hit-sensatie.
