Een moeder, die dol is op K-drama's, besluit haar chemotherapie te stoppen nadat ze de hoop op beterschap heeft verloren. Haar enige droom voor haar dood is om haar grote K-drama-idool te ontmoeten, die voor een reeks evenementen in Manilla is. Haar vier kinderen gaan akkoord om samen te werken, op voorwaarde dat hun moeder, zodra ze hun idool heeft ontmoet, weer met de therapie begint voordat haar tijd om is.
