Otto neemt ontslag van zijn baan bij de groentezaak. Hij raakt bevriend met een 'Reposession Man' en raakt aangetrokken tot het beroep. Tegelijkertijd wordt een pakje uit een overheidslab meegenomen. Het pakje heeft vreemde effecten op iedereen die het ziet en het is verstopt in een auto waar de overheid veel geld voor over heeft...
